REFERRAL PROGRAM TERMS

The PrintGen referral program (the "Program") is offered by Algorithmic Labs, LLC and lets you earn promotional store credit when friends you refer make their first purchase on PrintGen. By sharing your referral link or redeeming credit, you agree to these terms in addition to our Terms and Conditions.
1. HOW IT WORKS
Signed-in users receive a personal referral link. When a new customer places their first completed order through your link, you receive promotional store credit in your PrintGen account, and your friend may receive a discount on that first order. Reward amounts are shown in your account and may change at any time.
2. PROMOTIONAL STORE CREDIT
Store credit earned through the Program is promotional: it has no cash value, cannot be sold, transferred, or redeemed for cash, applies to product subtotals only (not shipping or taxes), and expires 90 days after it is granted. Credit is applied automatically at checkout when you are signed in with the account that holds it.
3. PERSONAL SHARING ONLY
Referral links are for personal sharing with people you know. Posting referral links on coupon, deal, or voucher websites, in paid advertising, or distributing them in bulk is prohibited and may result in your link being disabled and unredeemed credit being voided.
4. LIMITS AND ELIGIBILITY
Rewards are limited to 20 referred first orders per account in any rolling 365-day period. All rewards are conditional on verification: we may delay, hold, or decline a reward while we review the activity that produced it, and no reward is owed until it has been granted to your account. Self-referrals (including referring your own alternate accounts or orders shipped to your own address), referrals of existing customers, and cancelled or refunded orders do not earn rewards. One account per person.
5. OUR DISCRETION
We may withhold, void, or reverse credit, disable any referral link, or remove any participant from the Program at any time, with or without notice, at our sole discretion, including for suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms. Our determinations regarding rewards, eligibility, and enforcement are final. We may modify, suspend, or end the Program at any time; credit already granted remains subject to its stated expiry. Participation in the Program is a revocable privilege, not a right, and nothing in these terms obligates us to pay any reward where we suspect fraud or abuse. You are responsible for any taxes arising from rewards.
6. SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
If you share your referral link publicly (for example on social media), you should disclose that you may receive a reward for purchases made through it — a simple note like "I earn store credit if you order through this link" satisfies U.S. FTC endorsement guidance.
