PrintGen is operated by Algorithmic Labs, LLC. If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in printgen.ai, our APIs or the PrintGen for Slack app, tell us and we will look into it.

How to report

Email security@algorithmic.so. Please include:

  • What you found and where: the page, endpoint or screen.
  • The steps to reproduce it.
  • What someone could do with it.
  • How we can reach you.

What we ask

  • Give us reasonable time to fix the issue before you share it publicly.
  • Use your own account or test data. Do not view, change or delete data that is not yours.
  • Do not run tests that degrade the service for others, send spam, or target our team or customers with social engineering.

What to expect

We read every report and reply by email. We welcome reports made in good faith. We do not run a bug bounty program and do not pay for reports.
