Frequently asked questions
Can each person have a different name or role?
Yes. Make the first design, then ask the designer for the same design with a different name or role, and add each version to your cart.
Can I use a race’s name or logo?
Only with the race’s permission; big races protect their names and logos. Describe your own design with your club, your town and the distance instead.
How do I order different sizes for the group?
Choose a size and add it to your cart, then change the size and add it again. Shipping is free on every US order.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Every shirt is made to order, so you can order one shirt or one for everyone.
Can I return a shirt that doesn’t fit?
Each shirt is made for you, so there are no returns for size or a change of mind. Check the size guide on the product first. If an order arrives damaged, defective or wrong, contact us within 14 days and we will replace it, refund it or give store credit.
